Our Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that residents and their families receive the highest standards of care in a clean, positive, friendly and highly professional environment. The Registered Care Manager is easily accessible most of the time, but in her absence, contact the Deputy Manager instead.

Domestic Staff

One of the benefits of moving into residential care is that you no longer need to worry about doing the housework! At Morven House, our domestic team includes cleaners, gardeners and laundry staff. We ensure residents have continuous access to freshly cleaned bed linen and towels, as well as a laundry service tailored to individual needs. Our domestic staff are responsible for keeping communal areas clean 24 hours a day and work alongside our care teams, where required, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
