“My wife and I are 78 years old and our return car journey to Kenley is always 6-7 hours, so our visits are limited and we are unable to give some ratings. On this visit, my sister-in-law looked well and was bright and cheerful and well cared for. The staff were all very helpful and considerate and she was treated kindly. She was being involved in a number of social activities including a much-appreciated outing to the shops. The facilities were clean and neat, the residents seemed calm and settled and the staff were organised and competent which must reflect positively on the management of the facility.
