Every resident living at Acorn Lodge Residential Care Home in Surrey is informed of our feedback and complaint procedures and what they entail. In our care, residents and family members are welcomed at quarterly meetings and urged to offer new ideas and suggestions.

If you are dissatisfied and want to raise a concern, the first person to speak to is our Care Home Manager. If unavailable, your assigned carer will assist you instead. We aim to acknowledge your concerns within 72 hours and will document the issue, detailing the steps we have taken to address it. If you feel our response does not fully resolve your concerns, we encourage you to contact our Inspectorate for further assistance.

Join us for a few days, a week or more - it is entirely up to you. All residents undergo a preassessment before arriving. If the prospective resident is unable to communicate due to health reasons, we will gladly speak to a trusted family member or representative.
