If you are dissatisfied and want to raise a concern, the first person to speak to is our Registered Care Manager. If unavailable, our Deputy Manager will assist you instead. We aim to acknowledge your concerns within 72 hours and will document the issue, detailing the steps we have taken to address it. If you feel our response does not fully resolve your concerns, we encourage you to contact our Inspectorate for further assistance.
