Care professional with resident

Feedback and complaints procedures

Every Homelands resident is informed of our feedback and complaints procedures and what they entail. In our care, residents and family members are welcomed at quarterly meetings and urged to offer new ideas and suggestions.

We tailor our service to suit your needs, but if you are dissatisfied, the first person to speak to is the Care Home Manager. If unavailable, your assigned registered nurse will assist you on her behalf. We aim to acknowledge your concerns within 72 hours and will document the issue, detailing the steps we have taken to address them. If you feel our response does not fully resolve your concerns, we encourage you to contact our Inspectorate for further assistance.

Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities.
