Round-the-clock nursing you can rely on.
At Homelands Nursing Home, our permanent staff of registered nurses and carers ensure residents’ needs are met following their care plan. Here, we do not employ agency staff.
Every resident is paired with a dedicated nurse and carer they can get to know and trust.
Our permanent registered clinical nurses and carers cater to residents in all aspects of nursing, from personal care and mental health nursing to advanced dementia and end-of-life care. We also specialise in other aspects of nursing care, including physical disability nursing, which covers issues such as mobility assistance, wound care, pain control and disability due to strokes, Parkinson's disease and post-operative orthopaedic surgery.
We offer expert management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, and chronic and progressive illnesses such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and motor neurone disease (MND).
While we are unable to meet the needs of residents who need life support or intravenous therapy, we can treat residents who require enteral feeding (PEG).
We work closely with our residents and their families to ensure they get the quality treatment they deserve.
